Trustreet was formed through the merger of the restaurant industry's largest real estate investment trusts (REITS): CNL Restaurant Properties Inc. and US Restaurant Properties Inc. (NYSE:USV) and 18 CNL Income Funds. Trustreet is now the largest self-advised restaurant REIT in the United States with more than $2.5 billion in assets. Trustreet manages financial interests in approximately 3, 000 properties in 49 states.
